1. Order Confirmation
Please read the return, exchange, and service terms policies of our shop carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that the customer agrees to all shipping and payment terms. After the customer completes payment, the company will send an order confirmation notice. Tal Room reserves the final right to refuse or cancel orders.
2. Price and Payment
All product prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars. Payment methods include FPS, AlipayHK, and PayMe. The company reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.
3. Delivery and Lead Time
All orders are delivered by SF Express. Lead times for imported goods may be affected by delays in sea or air freight. Cancellations due to lead time delays will not be accepted. Customers are kindly asked to understand this before placing an order.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
▸Customers are kindly requested to take a complete video when unboxing to protect the interests of both parties.
▸If the product is damaged upon unboxing, the customer must take a complete video as a record when unboxing and submit a return request within 7 days of receipt.
▸If you find incorrect or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and ensure that the product packaging is complete and undamaged. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or used.
▸Product colours or appearances may differ from the actual product due to differences in photographic equipment or display screens. Website images and text are for reference only, and the actual product shall prevail.
▸Some products may have packaging changes by the brand, and new and old versions will be shipped randomly. Customers may not use this as a reason for return.
▸Our shop will ensure that products are intact and properly packaged before shipping. We do not accept replacements, refunds, or exchanges for any damage caused during delivery.
▸Once a product has been opened or used, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.
5. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the products.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and comply with the Trade Descriptions Ordinance of Hong Kong and relevant consumer protection laws.
7. Final Decision
Tal Room reserves all final decision rights.
